Prospective Commercial and Industrial Developers

The Town of Vance is actively seeking commercial growth. The Alabama Department of Transportation will begin a 5-lane expansion on Highway 11 in the spring of 2021. This expansion will open the door for commercial growth along the Highway 11 corridor. The Vance Council has recently voted to expand our sewer along Highway 11 to prepare for the explosion of growth in this area.
